Welcome to The Grow 2B Fit Program, where families grow to be fit and learn to be healthy! We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works with families in Tucson, AZ to help them learn about nutrition, exercise, and how to maintain healthy lifestyle habits for the whole family.

Please check out our links to great websites with tons of information, interactive games for kids and lots of ideas for parents on how to teach their children about healthy lifestyles, healthy recipes and how to make changes themselves! Please see our calendar for upcoming events and the dates of our free Recipe for a Healthy Family 8-week program and the Canyon Ranch Institute sponsored Healthy Community program.

Starting October 11th, you can choose from two different programs, depending on the age of your kids. For kids 11 and older, along with their families, please sign up for the CRI Healthy Community program.
